It was damaged by a typhoon in September 2019, and then reopened in June 2020. Ordering is now done using a touch panel at all seats, and we have changed to a delivery method in which food is delivered directly to the table using a high-speed lane. |

You can enjoy 5 types of local fish (spring): gurnard, shokko, medai, medai, and meji, which are hard to find in the city.
Food Uses local “Miya soy sauce” that has been around since Edo
Miya Soy Sauce was founded in Futtsu Onuki in the 5th year of Tenpo (1834 A.D.) during the Edo period, and has been manufacturing soy sauce using a natural brewing method ever since. As we are a sushi restaurant that specializes in local fish, we use soy sauce from a long-established local restaurant, and strive to help you enjoy Boso's food culture that can only be found here.

We carry local sake brewed by sake breweries in Boso (Seisen, Takeoka, Kimisarazu, Koshikoi, Tokai, etc.) and Nokogiriyama local beer.
