The most popular is the "Hachigen Miso Ramen", which combines three types of miso from Shinshu (red, white, and soybean miso) with chicken and pork bone soup full of vegetables. Other dishes include "light miso" made with Sakura Yamani Miso "Chiba no Megumi" in a soup made with plenty of dried sardines, including Kujukuri dried sardines, "dried sardine soy sauce" and "seasonal new ramen" based on dried sardines, "charred black tonkotsu" with burnt garlic oil floating on top, and miso and soy Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle). We also have children's ramen, and we have a tatami room, so we are often used by customers with small children.
