We only use raw lamb that is 12 months old or younger. It is high in protein, low in calories, and contains a lot of L-carnitine, making it difficult to gain weight even if you eat a lot of it. When taken together with catechin, it also has a diet effect due to the obesity-degrading enzyme.

We directly purchase carefully selected A5 rank meat from purveyors to famous stores in the Tokyo Meat Market. The Wagyu beef is especially delicious, so be sure to order it! The homemade dipping sauces available for each type of meat are also appealing! We serve a sweet sauce that goes well with lamb, and a flavorful sauce made with Rishiri kelp for beef and pork. This sauce alone makes the rice taste so good. Enjoy the meat of sheep (meh), cow (moo), and pig (buu).
