◆市川駅の南口から徒歩１分 ら～麺あけどや◆【ら～麺あけどや 店名ができるまで】 ■いろいろ店名を考えておりました。なかなか決まらず悩んでいるとき、当時２歳の娘に「どんな名前がいい？」と尋ねると「あけどや」と即答。その時は笑って良く考えたねと・・・。次の日から離れない・・・あけどや。何日たってもはなれない・・・あけどや。 家族もあの日以来・・・ あけどや。ペンをとり書いてみた。「あけどや」「開戸屋
...」「明戸屋」。はじめは意味のない言葉。意味のある言葉になるよう、皆様から愛されるようなお店にしたいと願いをこめて「ら～麺あけどや」といたしました。 ■店名は意味のない言葉＝様々な顔を持つお店と考え、味噌・醤油・胡麻味噌、全ての味に手を抜かず、常にブラッシュアップをしていき、「あけどやは何を食べても美味しいよね！」とお客さまに言って頂けるよう、日々努力をしてまいります。
