We carefully select and purchase the best local ingredients possible, including fresh fish, meat, vegetables, and fruits. Italian Cuisine cuisine, prepared with outstanding skill, is a gem of a dish that takes full advantage of the quality of the ingredients. Enjoy pasta with sea urchin and abalone in the summer, and fried roe and truffles in the winter.

We also offer drinks that enhance the taste of our carefully selected dishes. Among the wines, we have a lineup of recommended brands carefully selected by sommeliers. We always have a wide selection of 60 to 80 types of wine by the bottle, mainly Italian wines, and 7 to 13 types by the glass. ChefThe skills of a chef who learned the basics in France and trained at famous restaurants in Tokyo.
Chef Ryohei Ikemi went to France while studying at École Culinaire Nationale (currently École Tsuji Tokyo) and learned the basics of French and Italian cuisine. After that, he worked at a French restaurant in Yokohama before switching to Italian cuisine. After training at famous restaurants in Tokyo such as [Incontro], [Danoi], and [Enoteca Pinchiorri], he opened [Casa del Civo] in Hachinohe in May 2011. We will present to you the delicious dishes prepared using our carefully honed techniques.
