...ench cuisine sauces, stimulates the five senses of guests. Although it only opened in 2019, it has grown into one of the leading restaurants in the Tohoku region. The cuisine is classic French cuisine, but without any sense of formality or tension. This is the first chapter of Chef Shibuya's ideal restaurant, which she hopes will be enjoyed casually by both adults and children.
