豊川初！！手作りジェラート店です。
愛知県豊川市にあるセンドハピネスです☆ ＳｅｎｄＨａｐｐｉｎｅｓｓでは、“メンタルネットとよかわ”が運営する、就労継続支援Ｂ型事業所『ワークホームハピネス』に通うメンバーさんとスタッフが、ジェラート作りや販売等を行っています。メンバーさんも朝早くからジェラートや、プリン作りを頑張ってくれています。 食材にもこだわっています♪牛乳は地元東三河の、“渥美半島酪農家さんのおいしい牛乳”を使用しています♪
...イチゴジェラートには静岡産紅ほっぺ、抹茶ジェラートは西尾市の抹茶を使用し本格ジェラートを目指しています。どれも一から愛情を込めて手作りで作っています♪
