We especially recommend the ``specialty'' charcoal-grilled ``beef hitsumabushi,'' made with sirloin beef carefully selected by a meat professional! This is a combination that brings out the natural flavor of rice and meat to the fullest. Please enjoy it with wine that is said to go well with Meat Dishes.
