``Rakudayaki,'' which is made by kneading finely chopped ingredients into a long yam-based dough and then baking it, is a specialty. Our original dish offers a different taste than Akashiyaki or Okonomiyaki. Although it is seasoned with familiar sauce and mayonnaise, it has a refined taste. The fluffy product is shaped like a series of small mountains and is pleasing to the eye, and goes perfectly with alcohol. Enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture and the flavor of the meat and vegetables.
