K-an's signature menu, Mirin Kakuni Gozen, has been popular ever since it opened. You can enjoy the softness that melts in your mouth and the elegant sweetness and flavor of mirin. In addition to kakuni, we use hon mirin in almost all of our dishes, including salads, miso soup, and rice.
DrinkThere are various drink menus that can only be enjoyed at mirin shops.
Ginger ale and lemonade are made with homemade syrup made in-house! It has a spicy, adult flavor and is recommended as a drink during meals. Only at K-an can you enjoy special drinks made with hon mirin, such as umetsu rinshu, mirin chu, and Rincha! Alcohol products are sold at the adjacent Stores "Ishikawa Hachiroji Shoten". Please use it for your home or as a gift.
