Wild yam carefully selected by our craftsmen with a discerning eye. We have prepared a carefully selected menu that uses plenty of Japanese yam, which is sticky and filling. The ``Japanese Yam Set Meal'' is a set meal that includes seasonal vegetables, homemade pickles, and unlimited refills of barley rice and miso soup.It is a highly recommended set meal that allows you to fully enjoy the delicacies of Satoyama. The recommended way to eat wild yam is to sprinkle salt and wasabi to your taste. Enjoy the authentic taste from a specialty store.

There is also a ``Japanese yam soba set meal'' that includes soba noodles as a set meal that uses wild yam. Our store is located in Wood Design Park, a glamping facility overlooking the great outdoors. We have renovated a quaint old house into a relaxing shop. The spacious space has a tatami room that is comfortable for small children, so you can stretch your legs and relax. Near the shop is the Otogawa River, a clear stream where fireflies dance and where sweetfish and natural monument fish (Nekogigi) live. While listening to the murmuring of the river, please enjoy the cuisine packed with the charm of Satoyama.

The recommended item is ``Nyaa Nyaa Gohei Mochi,'' which is Local Cuisine from the Chubu region molded into the shape of a cat. This is a dessert unique to our store that is so cute that it's almost a waste to eat it. In addition, there are seasonal menus such as warming soy sauce-based Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) in the winter, and shaved Shaved ice in the summer.
