Food Live eel from Mikawa Isshiki, a branded eel raised in an environment close to nature.
You can eat eel from Isshiki-cho, Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture, a famous eel production area. The eel, which is grown from whitebait using clear water from the Yahagi River, is fatty, has soft skin, and plump meat. The food is processed after the order is placed, so it is extremely fresh.
Food Commitment to eel and grilled food
We use eels from Mikawa Isshiki, which are grown in the rich waters of the Yahagi River, and are kept in the well water of restaurant. Our grilled food is grilled using a technique called ``Kashino''. The eel meat is grilled while being rubbed to make it tender, which removes excess fat, leaving the eel soft and fluffy and the skin crispy. Please enjoy our kabayaki, which is prepared with exquisite perfection.
