Space■Counter seats that even first-timers can enjoy.
The counter is made of a single piece of Japanese cypress and has 6 seats. The counter at Sushi is often thought of as a seat reserved for regulars, but even first-timers are welcome to sit down. Listening to stories about the ingredients and Sushi will make the food even more delicious. We value conversation with our customers, and in addition to responding to requests for their favorite dishes, we also provide services that only a private restaurant can provide, such as preparing meals that exclude ingredients if there are any allergies.

The tatami room is recommended for banquets and celebrations, and although it is a calm Japanese-style room, it has chairs that can be comfortably seated by men and women of all ages. It can accommodate a minimum of 2 people and can seat up to 19 people. Please make a reservation in advance. *Depending on the number of people, auxiliary chairs may be used.

Although we are particular about using natural seafood, we are proud of our high-quality tuna. We carefully select the most delicious tuna of the season, including pole-and-line tuna from Oma. In addition to being able to enjoy high-quality tuna at a reasonable price, which would be expensive in the city center, we also always have fatty tuna, which is rare even within the prefecture.

Sake is purchased twice a month from a liquor store in Ogaki, Gifu Prefecture that only sells sake, and about 10 types are always available. The junmai sake ``Eiichi,'' which bears the same name as the first general, is characterized by its deep, rich flavor made from underground water from the Nagara River and ``Hidahomare'' from Gifu Prefecture. In addition, we also have local sake such as the dry and refreshing honjozo ``Misenmori (Kasahara, Gifu)'' and the elegant Junmaishu ``Reisen (Yoro, Gifu)'' made with Yamada Nishiki, as well as a selection of sake from all over the country.
