Food A satisfying texture! Meaty rough Hamburg
Our famous meaty Hamburg is made with 100% beef. We grind our meat every day in our shop, and only use meat that has been freshly ground within 24 hours, so the freshness is perfect! We use two types of minced meat: 12.5 mm coarsely ground and 4.7 mm finely ground.We add eggs and spices as a binder and carefully knead each piece by hand every day. As for the sauce, ``Wasabi Mayonnaise'' is popular because it has a tangy spiciness that stimulates your appetite.If you want a hearty meal, try a plate topped with melty cheese!

Meat Dishes are carefully grilled using firewood and charcoal, adjusting the amount to avoid overpowering the aroma. Because it is cooked all at once over a high charcoal fire, it is served in a juicy state with some lean meat remaining! We also use ingredients that have been aged for at least 40 days. The aged beef Steak, which has been aged at low temperature in the refrigerator installed in the store, is exquisite! Furthermore, we purchase carefully selected meat on an irregular basis and offer it at a reasonable price. (Please note that there may be cases where it is not in stock)

We use at least 10 different varieties of rice each year and always select the best quality rice. We mill the brown rice in restaurant, so you can enjoy as much delicious rice as you like! In addition, popular drinks are also made in-house. The ginger ale has a stimulating taste with a little spice, and is finished with carbonation in front of the customer. The lemonade is made to retain its texture and is inspired by the kind of drink an American grandma might make. We also recommend limited time drinks ◎
