Food Giuliano's obsession #1
The cheese we have selected from among the many available for raclette is a very rich and fragrant cheese ordered from Hokkaido. This is "cheese raclette" using this cheese. For dinner, a raclette oven is placed on a wagon, and the food is baked right in front of the guests, and topped with piping hot, melty cheese. Giuliano's special cheese raclette is fun to look at and even more delicious to eat. There are 7 types on the menu, so be sure to try them out.

Homemade pizza dough with a slightly sweet taste, using only carefully selected Canadian flour. Our piping hot, chewy pizzas and homemade focaccia are baked in a stone oven at approximately 450 degrees Celsius, and our homemade focaccia is baked to order, so it's always freshly baked. Please enjoy our freshly baked pizza and focaccia.
SpaceGiuliano's obsession part 2
Hideaway dining in a detached house. There are sofa seats where you can have a relaxing chat, and table seats where you can sit comfortably if separated by curtains. There are candles on the table. If you look up, you'll see a stylish chandelier. We are particular about the space so that you can enjoy your luxurious time without worrying. The sofa seating floor can also reserved for groups of 10 or more. The entire floor can be partitioned off with curtains, making it ideal for private parties.
