We purchase high-quality Kuroge Wagyu beef from reliable butchers such as Hida Beef, Maezawa Beef, Matsusaka Beef, Sendai Beef, Yamagata Beef, etc. at the right time! If you are looking for something authentic, please give it a try. The specialty [jotan shio] is cut out from the particularly soft part, and is just the right thickness, and the more you bite into it, the richer the flavor will overflow. Our proud [upper ribs] are made with specially selected ribs that melt in your mouth, and the [middle loin], which you won't find at other restaurants, has just the right amount of marbling, making it a highly recommended dish.
