Tsukada Farm's signature product, ``Charcoal-grilled Jidori''. This free-range chicken begins with the production of parent birds that lay eggs. Once the chicks are born, they are sent to contract farmers and raised for 120 days for males and 150 days for females. Producers continue to care for the chickens from the chickens' point of view, so that they can spend many days in good health, both mentally and physically, which is far longer than the conventional wisdom for chickens that are shipped in just a few dozen days.
