The chef's special ``Terrine'' uses 18 types of vegetables. All of our terrines are made with plenty of fresh vegetables and have a beautiful and colorful finish. It is said that ``terrine'' was originally made in a mortar-shaped earthen pot, and our store is also made of a ``storehouse'' with clay walls painted over and over again.
