Our restaurant is a Hida beef specialty restaurant that has been designated as "Hida Beef Dishes Designated Restaurant No. 5197" by the "Hida Beef Brand Promotion Council." We are particular about pedigree, fattening days, and producers, and the owner himself travels to Gifu Prefecture to purchase carefully selected Hida beef. For this reason, we purchase carefully selected Hida beef through a unique route that bypasses wholesalers and butchers, and provide our customers with great value.
