Food Unique, Neapolitan pizza baked in a custom-made pizza oven that is one of a kind in the world
Our pizzas are baked using wood in a one-of-a-kind, custom-built stone oven in the world commissioned by one of Japan's leading pizza oven craftsmen. The pizza is instantly baked at a maximum temperature of just over 500 degrees, resulting in a crispy outside and chewy inside. I can't stand the smell of firewood. Drinking wine while watching the pizza being baked in front of you is also something special. This is the third place for adults

Homemade pasta is recommended to go with pizza! We always have several types of pasta to match the seasons and seasons, allowing you to enjoy a variety of local flavors. The title in Italian for "Roman Holiday", which is famous in Japan, is "VACANZEROMANE", and we wanted to create a holiday in Nagoya, so we named it "VACANZENAGONE" (a coined word). Our goal is to create a third-place dining experience where you can enjoy the space, atmosphere, and taste that you cannot experience in everyday life. Cooking by a real pizza chef, desserts by a pastry chef, wine cafe (specialty coffee, etc.) by a sommelier, and cocktails by a bartender.

The store has 15 counter seats plus α surrounding the kitchen. We have created a store where everyone can feel free to enjoy our products. Please feel free to stop by for a glass of wine, a cocktail, or a cup of coffee. During bar time after 10pm, we create a space where adults can have fun in a calm atmosphere. *If the venue is crowded, you may be asked to leave. 90 minute limit for lunch and 120 minute limit for dinner Thank you for your understanding.
