We have started growing soba under direct contract with soba growers and are committed to consistent quality control of soba from the field to restaurant (consumption). We are proud to say that we are one of the largest direct suppliers of buckwheat noodles in Japan, and we are also one of the few buckwheat noodle producers in Japan who participate in the process of buckwheat noodle cultivation from the beginning of the cultivation. From ingredients with a visible face to soba craftsmen with a visible face. We deliver safe and secure food, food culture, and technology to our customers from Sarasutan.

At Soba Kobo Sarasen, we believe that delicious soba is made with buckwheat flour.
