Chef◆Chef Tsujimura is always inventing new menus.
Inheriting the wishes of Chef Ryo Tsujimura and owner Mr. Tabuchi, he will become Monopole Chef in the fall of 2022. After graduating from high school, he trained at Restaurants in Nagoya and Tokyo for 10 years, and enjoy the blissful cuisine created by his young sensibilities without being bound by the framework of French cuisine.
