We are particular about each ingredient, such as soy sauce and kelp, and carefully select each ingredient by visiting them directly. The noodles, which have the aroma of Hokkaido wheat, are a unique blend made by visiting the production areas. ``Rich Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle)'' combines thick, chewy noodles with a rich dipping sauce made from pork bones, chicken moths, seafood, etc. ``Asaari Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle)'', which takes time to cook like Japanese soup stock, uses noodles with a low moisture content and a crisp texture. Please also enjoy the special platter of flavored eggs, chashu pork, and seasonal vegetables.

On May 30, 2022, the group's fourth restaurant, Hanzo Seimen, opened at Centrair, Chubu Centrair International Airport. We have homemade thin noodles made from stone-ground whole grain flour and homemade flat noodles with a chewy texture. We have a wide variety of menu items, including soy sauce ramen with clam soup, paitan Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle), Tantanmen. Both locals and those flying in from outside the prefecture can enjoy our Ramen made with special care.
