ChefNishimura
Born in February 1979. My grandfather is a chef. After training in Japanese Cuisine at more than 10 restaurant in and around Nagoya, he opened Nishimura in 2017. Got 2 tops at Goemilot, which is in line with the 2019 Michelin Guide. We are currently open and have a system in place to accept both first-time visitors and members. We value the basics and work hard every day to develop our own unique expressions that go beyond just standard Tempura.

Nishimura's unique blend of Taihaku sesame oil and rice oil. We deliver Tempura that brings out the maximum flavor of the ingredients.
Food ingredients
We only purchase ingredients that satisfy our discerning tastes based on our many years of experience, without being particular about production areas or brands. We also value the four seasons.

Nishimura holds three qualifications: sake master, sommelier, and shochu advisor. We can prepare the perfect alcohol to go with Tempura.
