We carefully prepare each ingredient using techniques that bring out the flavor of each ingredient. We purchase fish that is fresh and in season each morning. We offer sashimi, simmered, and Creative Cuisine. Popular menu items include ``soft-boiled octopus'', homemade ``crab and scallop shumai'', and ``crab hanpen''. There are also dishes that let you enjoy the blessings of the earth, including ``Manganji Salt-grilled.'' ``Grilled bamboo shoots'' are grilled over an open flame with their skins still on, and are enjoyed with homemade tama miso based on Saikyo miso.

Our store is quietly located in Kanayama and has a hideaway-like atmosphere. Relax under the moonlight in a cozy space surrounded by warm light. If you sit at the counter, you can watch the food being prepared right in front of you. It is also recommended for solo travelers as you can enjoy conversation with the staff. The sunken kotatsu seats can accommodate up to 24 people. We also have semi-private rooms that are perfect for dates as well as business occasions such as entertainment. Please use it in various scenes.

The content of the course changes every month. Enjoy different tastes at different times. For an additional 2,000 yen, you can add an all-you-can-drink option, so we recommend the course for parties. Hassun is served as an assortment of small plates on a tray. The bowl is made with seasonal ingredients and topped with red bean paste. Please enjoy this carefully crafted item.
