The first thing you'll want to try is the famous "Loin Pork Cutlet Set Meal", which uses high-quality pork sourced from "Sakaeya" in Shiga Prefecture. We offer five types of pork, depending on stock availability: Sasuke pork, running pork, Gorbal pork, Saito pork, and Aino natural pork. Our specialty is to change the cooking and frying methods to match the brand. Try a different menu the second time, or order a different menu as a group to compare and enjoy the unique flavors of each pig.

Our Pork Cutlet is unique in that it is fried twice using two types of oil, one at low temperature and one at high temperature. By thoroughly coating the breadcrumbs and meat at a low temperature and then frying at a high temperature, the breadcrumbs become crispy and aromatic, and the flavor of the breadcrumbs increases. The breadcrumbs are carefully selected to match the ingredients, with a coarse grain for the loin that is more filling, and a finer grain for the fillet, which is used as a coating. We purchase our bread from the Nakaya Bread Flour Factory in Tokyo, paying close attention to details such as sugar content and size.

As a side menu, we offer Pork Dishes using various parts such as fillet, ribs, and shoulder loin in addition to pork loin Pork Cutlet. We have some things you can't easily find at regular Pork Cutlet restaurants, such as ginger grilled meat, kakuni, and tonteki. One such example is Tamayura Kohaku, a rare egg that can only be harvested for two months in a chicken's life. Please enjoy beautiful brown eggs with excellent nutritional value and flavor, which are produced during the period when we are at our peak of vitality, along with our famous Pork Cutlet.
