Our Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) uses fresh Nishiki Sodori from Mikawa, which is purchased first thing in the morning every day. The meat is very soft and has great flavor! Popular items include the crispy ``skin'', ``tsukune'' with cartilage added to enjoy the texture, and ``liver'', which is fresh, has no odor, and is served almost rare. There are two types of seasoning: sauce and salt. The secret sauce, which has been added over a period of 10 years, is not too sweet, does not have the sharp edges of soy sauce, and has the deep flavor that only a seasoned sauce can provide. The rock salt is also popular, as it allows you to enjoy the flavor of the meat.

The owner goes to Yanagibashi Market and other places to purchase vegetables and seafood every day. We always have a lineup of about 20 types of our proud vegetable skewers! [Eetoko] is proud of its wide variety of vegetables.Try out a variety of fresh, seasonal ingredients that can be enjoyed in each season! For vegetables this season, we recommend young corn, asparagus, zucchini, and red eggplant, and for seafood, we recommend ``Nodoguro Negima'' and ``Silver cod Grilled skewer.'' We also offer Oyster from different regions throughout the year Oyster depending on the season.

We always have 8 types of sake selected by the owner himself, mainly from Aichi, Gifu, and Mie, as well as seasonal recommendations! We also have a wide variety of fruit drinks that are popular among women, including shochu carefully selected by the general manager.We also have a ``special chicken soup'' made by adding chicken breast and thigh meat to a salt-based soup made by slowly simmering a whole chicken. We also have a wide variety of elaborate a la carte dishes such as ``Half-boiled smoked quail.'' How about some grilled rice Onigiri or rice bowls to finish the meal? Our store opened on January 23, 2019 as the second store following the Shinei restaurant. A Japanese-style space located in Daikancho that feels like a hideaway. We have a wide range of customers, both men and women, and many families come to visit us on weekends.All seats in the store are at the counter. We value cleanliness and attentive service because we want our customers to enjoy their meals in a comfortable manner.
