Kobe-tei's kushikatsu is characterized by its thin and crispy batter, which is fried in light oil. Kushikatsu is cooked to bring out the aroma and taste of the ingredients to the fullest, making you realize that Kushikatsu is a very delicate dish. Our restaurant is very particular about ingredients, frying methods, and coatings, but what we want to offer to our customers with our dishes is ``seasonal.'' In order to provide the ingredients at the best time, approximately 1/3 of our course menus change depending on the season.
