Food exquisite Steak
We deliberately choose A-4 rank Japanese black beef instead of A-5 rank meat, we are particular about leaner meat than marbling, and we only purchase rare heifers. In pursuit of the "umami" of red meat, we grill dynamically and delicately right in front of our customers.
