Seafood is delivered directly from Shinojima, Aichi Prefecture. You can also enjoy fresh fish purchased directly from the market ◎ We use Okumikawa chicken for our chicken, and we have a wide lineup of chicken sashimi such as classic chicken nanban, fried chicken, and ``marbled chicken fillet''. All of Creative Cuisine, including sauces, are made in-house, and the ``Sticky Three Brothers,'' which has yams, okra, and natto wrapped in seaweed, and the irresistible ``Potato Salad'' with soft-boiled eggs are must-see dishes. Enjoy our carefully selected ingredients.
