We use rare Cow tongue that is rarely distributed. It's the best tongue you've ever eaten, thick and juicy. Cow tongue shabu shabu with a unique texture that is irresistible. Please enjoy Cow tongue that has been soaked in a light soup stock and dipped in our secret sauce.
