Our ingredients are specially sourced fresh directly from Minamichita. We offer freshness that cannot be found at other restaurants in Nagoya, such as raw whitebait delivered directly from the Shinojima Fisheries Cooperative, octopus delivered directly from Himaka Island, and golden shachi sardines from Mikawa Bay.
