Our proud Teppan-yaki menu offers seasonal delicacies from the mountains and sea carefully selected from all over the country, including specially selected Japanese black beef, abalone, lobster, and foie gras. In particular, for Steak, we are particular about using female Kuroge Wagyu beef that we procure through our own unique route, and we purposely limit ourselves to A4 rank steaks, which have a low melting point of fat and allow you to enjoy the sweetness and flavor of the meat. We also put effort into ways to enjoy the meat, such as crystalline ``Hana no Shio'' from Noto, Ishikawa Prefecture, wasabi from Izu, Shizuoka Prefecture, and homemade ponzu sauce, which go well with the meat.
