Food Top-grade marbled Japanese black beef and aged meat with deep flavor
We offer A3 to A5 grade marbled Japanese beef from all over the country, as well as aged meat that has been dry-aged for 40 to 60 days under extremely strict management. The rare and valuable aged meat is characterized by its umami, tenderness, and deep aroma and flavor. We are particular about not only Steak but also side dishes, and we have contracts directly with farmers for rice, tomatoes, etc., so fresh ingredients are delivered every day, and we offer dishes that make the most of the ingredients. The chopsticks are also masterpieces made with great care by bamboo chopstick craftsmen in Oita Prefecture.
