This year marks the 15th year since the restaurant opened in Yabacho. The chef, who has been in charge of the kitchen since the restaurant first opened, has created a course menu featuring his "current masterpiece." There are two types of appetizers. The course includes the pasta of the day, followed by the main meat dish and dessert. This course uses plenty of ingredients from New Zealand. *Special anniversary benefits available If you have someone celebrating an anniversary, you can choose one of the following special benefits. -A complimentary glass of New Zealand sparkling wine (tasting size) for a toast for everyone -Dessert upgraded to a "dessert plate with message" *This request must be made at the time of reservation, not on the day.

This is a new menu from November 2023. Hamburg is 200g. No meat other than lamb is used, so you can enjoy the full flavor of lamb. Toast the mashed potatoes at the end to add flavor. The sauce is made with balsamic vinegar and tamari soy sauce, making it refreshing yet full of flavor.
Food "Solo Deli" menu for one person Monday to Thursday
A solo deli with an assortment of over 5 types of deli items. The contents change daily. The chef makes it with all his heart (the photo is an example from one day). This starter snack set is only available to one person from Monday to Thursday, excluding days before holidays. The price is reasonable at 1,100 yen (tax included).
