[Shinshu Miso Shishi Nabe] has been by far the most popular dish since its establishment.It has a reputation for being soft and odor-free. Organically grown burdock, which is in season now, is also a key to the taste. The shichimi from Zenkoji Hachimanya Isogoro, one of the three major shichimi, adds an accent to the flavor. The miso porridge at the end is one of the pleasures. If this is your first time at Kantaro, try the shishi nabe first! We are accepting reservations from November!

The proprietress regularly visits Inadani, Nagano Prefecture, and carefully selects the ingredients with her own eyes. The winter specialty [Matsumoto green onion] has a thick and sweet taste that goes perfectly with duck soup!
