Our specialty is the pork belly, a roasted pork belly made with domestically produced pork. Raw pork belly that has not been frozen is fresh enough to be used for shabu shabu. It is slowly simmered for 2 hours to create a sweet and spicy finish, so the fat is full of flavor and the meat is juicy! One of the attractions is the fresh garlic that is peeled and served daily. The amount used per day is about 1.5 kg!
