"Himono" is a condensed version of the delicious flavor of seafood. On the full moon, this dried fish is roasted over charcoal and eaten. We offer seasonal, additive-free dried fish carefully prepared by the mothers of Mikawa Hazu Fishing Port. In addition to the delicacies ``Mackerel Heshiko'' and ``Maruboshi Squid Liver'' that are perfect for pairing with sake, we also have meat such as beef skirt steak and seasonal vegetables. Enjoy the compatibility with alcohol to your heart's content while slowly grilling on the tabletop charcoal stove.
