Thanks to Mr. Unafuji, Mr. Kanemitsu Suisan, and Mr. Kitagawa, I was able to learn the techniques of eel sorting, eel handling, eel skewering, and charcoal grilling. Inheriting our desire to "enjoy our customers filling their stomachs with delicious eel," we can confidently say that our eel dishes are the best in Nagoya! When you come to Nagoya, please enjoy our eel.

We trained at the nationally famous eel restaurant ``Unafuji,'' and opened our shop as a noren-wari shop. With the idea of ``wanting our customers to fill their stomachs with delicious eel,'' we inherited a traditional sauce that has a 25-year history and has never been shared with others. We believe that this is our real challenge, and we will continue to humbly move forward and work hard every day to help you enjoy the best eel in Nagoya.
