Food What is Xato's burrata?
The burrata used at Xato is only available at a limited number of restaurants. I have eaten many types of burrata, both domestic and foreign, but the one I used today had a great outer skin, inner stracciatella, texture, and the story of the craftsman.I was impressed by it. Burrata is made from night milk, which can only be obtained from a limited number of dairy cows for a limited time, and is made with great craftsmanship. Used by some of Singapore's best Restaurants. Please give it a try.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we purposely opened our store in an area with few restaurants. In order to match the traditional cuisine, we have selected and renovated an old private house where you can feel Japan's long history. An old folk house Restaurants that is hard to find in Nagoya. We have the best private rooms on the second floor.
We also have seasonal dishes. Please feel free to come and enjoy a glass of wine.
I encountered real burrata at a time when there was only mozzarella cheese, I was impressed by Steak before the word aged meat was coined, I was fascinated by the French Steak Bistro cooking method of
... frying, and I was introduced to a new value in Nagoya, where these things did not yet exist. Xato was born in 2015 to propose the following. The meat has been provided by Mr. Shinbo Sakaeya since the opening. Nowadays, there are more restaurants like this, but please come and enjoy our traditional and unique burrata and Steak.
