Miso Suki is a chicken hotpot that contains Nagoya's standard miso, Hatcho miso. The pot contains plenty of chicken, vegetables, and Hatcho miso-based sauce, and the boiled portion is eaten by dipping it in beaten egg. Hatcho miso contains mirin, and although it may look salty at first glance, it has a mild sweetness and an elegant taste.
