Food What lies between a genuine sushi chef and an enthusiastic customer
The chef who stands at the counter is always nervous. This is because you can see the customer's expressions of whether the food is delicious or not right before your eyes. It's really nerve-wracking to be at a counter where there are customers who have a passion for sushi. This ``sense of excitement'' is the feeling that arises when the values of the chef and the customer are well matched. This feeling of being able to feel together with the customers resides in the true sushi chefs and the loyal customers.
This is the first stand-up sushi restaurant run by the third generation of Tsukiji Aozora, an inheritor of orthodox Edomae sushi.
You can enjoy casual nigiri sushi where you can easily pick up just one piece, as well as manly nigiri sushi with the motto of ``impressive Tsukiji fish riverside sushi.'' A talented Edomae sushi rest
