In place of Oyster shabu that is only available in the winter, in the summer you can enjoy steamed Oyster that are slowly steamed in a steamer basket ◎We use Hidaka kelp from Hokkaido, and the flavor of Oyster is enhanced by the aroma of the ocean that comes from the kelp when steamed. A luxurious dish served with special dashi soy sauce! You can enjoy around 10 servings per person ♪ Please enjoy this opportunity!
