Look at this thickness! It's fluffy and full of volume♪ We have two types: Bonsois, which is plain dough topped with porcini sauce and balsamic okonomomi sauce, and Nero, which is made with squid ink and squid ink kneaded with cheese and balsamic konomi sauce ♪
