Food Light and creamy "Shishimaru Paitan Ramen" made with domestic ingredients
A well-balanced dish made with locally sourced ingredients, including Japanese-style soup stock made from fish and Rausu kelp, and soup extracted from pork and chicken bones in a pressure pot. The potato and cabbage paste adds sweetness, and although it may look rich at first glance, the specialty of our hot water is that it tastes lighter compared to other stores in our chain. By whisking the soup, it mixes well with the homemade noodles made at Fujigaoka's noodle factory using flour from Hokkaido, creating an exquisite dish. Enjoy with low-temperature cooked chicken or pork chashu.

Located 5 minutes walk from the Shinkansen exit of JR Nagoya Station. The stylish, Western-inspired space is popular with female customers as well. You can feel free to visit us on your own. In addition, the seasonal menu is limited to 10 meals for lunch and dinner! On May 30, 2022, the group's fourth restaurant, Hanzo Seimen, opened at Centrair, Chubu Centrair International Airport. We have homemade thin noodles made from stone-ground whole grain flour and homemade flat noodles with a chewy texture. We have a wide variety of menu items, including soy sauce ramen with clam soup, paitan Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle), Tantanmen. Both locals and those flying in from outside the prefecture can enjoy our Ramen made with special care.
