We are particular about handcrafting, and love is put into each and every item! There are many dishes we recommend, including Shirogane pork directly shipped from Hanamaki in Iwate Prefecture, carefully selected domestic beef, burratina cheese and peperonata, and light smoked Hokkaido scallops!
