We blend 5 types of oils that we have selected in-house to create a light and crunchy texture. It doesn't leave your stomach feeling heavy even the next day, and it's low in calories, making it popular among the elderly and women. Furthermore, we use special equipment to cut calories! It has a light texture, so enjoy your favorite Fried Skewers without worrying about stomach upset or calories. We offer Fried food that are low in cholesterol and high in vitamin E due to the negative ion effect.

We use a uniquely balanced ``Neriya (batter)'' and fine-grained raw bread crumbs that are strained in the shop each day. By frying them in high-quality frying oil and draining the excess oil one by one, you can enjoy the crispy texture and fluffy texture that brings out the flavor of the ingredients in the best possible way.
