The soup is made with stewed pork bones and skulls, yet has a rich flavor with little odor, making it easier to enjoy than it looks. Even those who don't like pork bones can enjoy this delicious dish. Ramen is made with ma oil (burnt garlic oil) and fried garlic (lunch has a modest amount of powdered garlic floating in it to whet your appetite.The noodles are made with custom-made straight thin noodles that are hard to boil and are easy to eat.The chashu pork belly is made with pork belly.
