We offer a variety of teppanyaki dishes, including our signature "Specially Selected Japanese Black Beef Chateaubriand Steak." ``Foie Gras and Radish Sauteed Fruit Sauce'' is a luxurious dish that combines Japanese and Western styles, with foie gras placed on top of daikon radish cooked in Japanese-style stock. ``Butter sauce with sea bream and Seto Inland lemon'' is made by wrapping crispy-skinned sea bream and seasonal vegetables in a film and grilling it. When you open it, the fragrant sauce spreads out and you can enjoy it with all five senses. .

Our restaurant also offers a wide variety of unique dishes. The ``Fluffy Fromage Okonomiyaki'' is made with a 5cm thick dough and is served with a special sauce made from three types of cheese. This dish is perfect for red wine. We are also proud of our seasonal menus, and in spring we offer ``white asparagus with Teppanyaki Prosciutto and hot egg''.
