The clear amber soup used in the ramen is made by slowly simmering pork bones purchased from Kyushu and fresh chicken bones prepared by hand over a long period of time. You can enjoy the deep flavor, which is light yet full-bodied. The menu includes the standard ``soy sauce ramen,'' but we also recommend ``salt ramen,'' made with vegetables, fruits, and Japanese soup stock. It's an easy-to-eat drink with the sweetness and sourness of the fruit, the faint scent of yuzu, and the meatballs.

Among the various side menus, the most popular is the handmade Gyoza / Dumpling. The garlic and onions used in the filling are carefully selected to be the most delicious at that time of year. The homemade filling is wrapped in a thin skin and then carefully baked into bite-sized kinchaku shapes. The moment you eat it, the delicious flavor will spread in your mouth. We also have raw Gyoza / Dumpling for souvenirs for 2 people, so please feel free to enjoy the special taste at home.

We offer 3 types of lunch set menus! If you like, you can enjoy a set that includes ramen and small fried rice, a ladies set that is recommended not only for women but also for men who want to satisfy their hunger, and fried chicken with sweet and sour chili sauce and small rice to go with ramen.
